All your clients, be it a tech-savvy startup like Uber or a traditional, powerhouse employer like General Electric, require new employees to submit a good bit of paperwork to prove they are who they say they are.

    Now, the I-9, a form long required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and an important part of the new hire paperwork labyrinth, is changing. USCIS announced earlier this month that the one-page form received a bit of a makeover and will be slightly different starting next year.
