BenefitMall Adds New Proprietary, Web-Based Census

DALLAS– Oct. 11, 2016 – BenefitMall, the leading provider of employee benefits, human resources and payroll products and services, has announced the addition of a new feature to its Client Ready Quote System (CRQS) called Client Ready Census (CRC).

CRC is a new online tool developed to provide brokers the ability to give their clients and their employees the capability to input member demographic information for quoting and enrollment. CRC is a proprietary and custom web-based census management tool that allows employers and employees to register, enter employee and dependent's information, select from available coverage options, and submit data to CRQS to allow for quoting.

"While our Client Ready Quote System has been applauded by brokers across the country for its efficiency and accuracy, our team wanted to take this quote system to the next level by introducing the Client Ready Census," said Michelle Sheffield, chief information officer of BenefitMall. "This tool will continue to make quoting and enrollment as seamless as possible, and we are thrilled to introduce this exclusive, self-service census tool to the market."

Not only does CRC allow brokers to invite employers and employees to complete census information and integrate this information into the existing CRQS platform, but it also allows employers to confirm registration, easily edit employee information and send invitations to employees. CRC even provides automated notifications to both employers and brokers when employees complete an entry or when employers finalize information.

CRC was designed so brokers can provide quicker and more accurate proposals to their clients, expediting the plan selection and enrollment process during busy times of the year. In a digital age, BenefitMall is providing a web-based solution as an alternative to traditional spreadsheets.
