BenefitMall Introduces EmployerFocus Enhancements

DALLAS– November 1, 2018 – BenefitMall, the leading provider of employee benefits and payroll services, today announces benefit administration enhancements to its platform, EmployerFocus. The upgrade will benefit brokers and clients.

"BenefitMall is thrilled to introduce enhancements to EmployerFocus. Our team has put a lot of work into the upgrade and we are excited to finally roll it out," said Bob Love, president of BenefitMall's Benefits Division. "As we near open enrollment, equipping our brokers with the tools they need is a priority."

Two enhancements are included in EmployerFocus' upgrade. The first upgrade will help client's employees fulfill demographic information, I-9 forms, complete document review and document uploads within a secure self-service online module. The second will enable clients to upload Employee/Dependent data through a self-service feature in EmployerFocus. This will streamline how BenefitMall's clients and their employees set up data, reducing the amount of duplicate data entry between systems.

"We strive to evolve our benefits solutions to best accommodate our brokers," said Michelle Sheffield, chief information officer of BenefitMall. "These enhancements will make benefits administration a more seamless process for both clients and brokers."
