BenefitMall Launches PayFocus + HR Online Payroll Solution

(DALLAS), Sept. 22, 2015 -  BenefitMall®, a leading provider of employee benefits and payroll services, today announced the launch of PayFocus + HR, the company's newest online payroll and HR solution designed specifically for small and mid-size businesses.

PayFocus + HR, an enhanced version of BenefitMall's PayFocus product that rolled out in early 2015, is a state-of-the-art online solution that offers small businesses everywhere a comprehensive combination of payroll and human resources services. The product's simple, streamlined design allows employers to onboard and hire new employees, import time and labor data to avoid multiple entries, calculate gross-to-net payroll in real time, and review all standard reports in one streamlined location, all with just a few clicks.

Implementing PayFocus is easy, with user-friendly processes for setup, data collection, employer training, payroll processing and employee rollout. The portal also offers access to data, reports and payroll from mobile devices, desktops or tablets.  This data remains safe through PayFocus' robust security features.

With PayFocus, administrators have built-in employee rules and permissions as well as the flexibility to import time clocks and attendance information from an outside source. Payroll Quick Entry displays a streamlined view of all employees and payroll entry. In addition, the Employee Self-Service portal allows employees to view their current demographic information, access payroll history, check paystubs and W-2 data, request time off, and view performance reviews.
