BenefitMall Pilots PeopleFocus in North Texas

(DALLAS), Dec. 21, 2015 - BenefitMall®, a leading provider of employee benefits and payroll services, has announced the pilot launch of PeopleFocus in North Texas, a tool that integrates BenefitMall’s PayFocus payroll solution and benefits offerings with EmployerFocus, the online eligibility and enrollment tool. 

The shared data integration works together in harmony, to sync demographics from the payroll system to the benefits system, and benefits deductions sync to the payroll system. Add BenefitMall’s allCompliance ACA reporting tool, workers’ comp or 401(k) offerings, for a complete, one-source solution – PeopleFocus. 

PeopleFocus is smart and secure, and can be tailored to meet a company’s individual needs in order to reduce administrative burden associated with payroll, HR, and employee benefits. Additionally, employees can manage many HR tasks through PeopleFocus, from initiating lifestyle changes to viewing payroll history and more.
