Benefits provider implements helpful website resources and service model expansion

BenefitMall,  the leading provider of next generation broker services, today announces the launch of a new website. Combining modern design with improved functionality, BenefitMall's latest digital platform implements easy-to-access resources for brokers, partners, and carriers. The company also expanded its service model with the addition of account executives to support broker partners.  

Notable resources on the new BenefitMall website include access to prominent BenefitMall news and announcements, an online event and RSVP tool, a comprehensive resource center, an easy-to-use carrier search tool and live chat services.

In addition to the technological advancements on the website, BenefitMall is expanding its service model to include a designated account executive for select broker partners. The account executives serve as an added resource to aid in the efficiency of support and communication between BenefitMall and its partners.

"The addition of the account executive role to our service model facilitates communication and productivity between BenefitMall and our partners and provides a more personalized approach to business."

Account executives supplement the resources currently provided by BenefitMall's sales teams to broker partners. Specifically, account executives provide ongoing business and service need support, enrollment and renewal support, and open inquiry communication. The account executives will be introduced in each BenefitMall market by end of summer.
