Dave Mascia joined BenefitMall in 2018 and currently serves as Regional Vice President, Benefits Northeast, which includes Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining BenefitMall, Mascia served as Chief Growth Officer at UnitedHealth Group where he also held Regional and National Vice President roles. A well-known industry executive, Mascia has extensive expertise in providing solutions to small businesses to help them meet their holistic benefits needs.
Mascia earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fordham University, where he was captain for the NCAA Division I men’s basketball team. He currently resides in Long Island, New York with his family.
