Katie Crist recently rejoined BenefitMall as our Vice President of Product Development; she was previously with BenefitMall from 2006-2021. She is an energetic, passionate, customer-obsessed, results-driven executive product leader with over 15 years of experience creating award-winning SaaS solutions and overseeing product teams that provide value for both the customer and the business. Katie is responsible for driving our product roadmap. Her customer-centric leadership, and data-driven approach, align perfectly with our mission to be the fastest, easiest, and most trusted selling experience.
During her time away, Katie held the position of Chief Product Officer at Cariloop, a comprehensive caregiver support platform, where she contributed significantly to expanding their product strategy. Most recently, she also gained valuable experience in a different field as the Senior Director of Product Development at DirecTV.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and several product certifications, including SAFe Agile PO/PM, and Product Strategy from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Katie lives in Celina, Texas, with her fire captain husband, Jon, and two teenagers. In her free time, she’s an avid reader, volunteer for local food pantries, and evolving her culinary skills.
