• Dental = 25 points
• Vision = 15 points
• Life = 5 points
• Disability = 5 points
• Value-Add = 5 points

New business placed through our Account Services Division earns points too!

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Rewards

Tier 2: $1,000 Shopping Reward
Required Points: 45,000 - 64,999

Choose from a selection of exciting rewards from a weekend getaway travel package to adventure gear to state-of-the art electronics from top brands such as DeWalt, Weber, Callaway, and Sonos when you qualify for Tier 2.

Bonus Tier: Additional Trip Package

Required Points: 130,000 points
