Oxford Benefit Management (OBM) is a set of pre-packaged specialty products and services, offering small businesses a simple and convenient way to deliver a robust suite of employee benefits.
This bundled solution combines Dental and Vision products with several health and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with WorkLife services, Health Discounts and an optional Life benefit. OBM packages are easy to quote with a single quote for several specialty products at once. In addition, it is simple to administer, invoice and deliver to employees – all at a relatively low cost.
What’s more, OBM packages offer several flexible delivery options to meet your clients’ preferences. It offers six plan design levels for Dental and Vision – Basic, Preferred, Voluntary, Elite, Incentive and Premier – each with variations in coverage for certain services. With three buy-up options for dental including Orthodontia coverage for children, an increase of the annual maximum and the waiving of the traditional waiting period, your clients can have flexibility with their benefits. Plus, optional Life coverage is available on varying levels (not available with Voluntary plan).
