With a career spanning 23 years, Elstein has honed her expertise in the fully insured/self-insured group healthcare industry, specializing in HMOs, POS plans, PPOs, HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA, pharmacy benefits, wellness programs, and dental coverage. Elstein has built strong relationships with local insurance agents, brokers, health plans, and consultants throughout Florida.
Arroyo has amassed over 31 years in the insurance industry and leverages a client-centered approach to finding solutions for clients. Prior to joining BenefitMall, Arroyo served as a senior account executive with a large health insurer’s employer group medical division. Her specialties lie in employer group benefits, encompassing medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
