Montes has dedicated over 25 years to the insurance industry, specializing in medical and ancillary benefits. His career began at a large integrated managed care consortium, where he served as a broker sales executive, collaborating closely with the consulting and brokerage communities and devising innovative engagement strategies for employers. Montes also focused on streamlining processes and maximizing healthcare resources, earning recognition for his achievements.
