Applicant tracking, electronic onboarding and the WOTC Analyzer are included in the TalentFocus launch. Applicant tracking allows employers to create a job posting and share it to many top job boards and social media sites with one click and the employer can add optional pre-interview questions to the posting. The platform helps employers easily identify top candidates, automatically schedule interviews, filter candidates and send offer letters.

Electronic onboarding automatically keeps track of every resume and job application employers receive while simultaneously storing them securely in the cloud. Also stored in the cloud by TalentFocus are federal and state documentation such as I-9 and W-4 forms, WOTC documentation, direct deposit information and more.This feature has the ability to reduce time to hire by over 90 percent as it allows new hires to complete onboarding documents even before their first day on the job.
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Analyzer, which displays each candidate's estimated tax credit value in their application, will automatically prepare documents for tax reporting and save employers money by identifying eligible candidates for the WOTC program.
TalentFocus is now available to all BenefitMall clients.
